- How do we offer support to children or young people with a special educational need or disability?
Any concerns would initially be discussed with parents. Then we would speak to other professionals to gain specific advice. Observations and assesments would identify any gaps.
I work closely with parents and children to support their needs
I follow the EYFS to follow each childs development.I individually plan around each child using starting points and observations
Parents and carers are kept informed on their childs progress and achievements through daily diaries and learning Journeys
I would have discussions with parents and seek approriate resources and support for the child.
