Newsome Avenue - The unit provides respite care to children and young people aged 5-18 years, who have learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and /or complex health needs. To access Newsome Avenue a social work assessment must take place.

Direct Payments -  To receive Direct Payments you will have had an assessment which identifies that you are eligible to receive social care support. They aim to give you more flexibility in how your services are provided.  By giving you money instead of social care services, you have more choice and control over how your care/support is delivered.
