Hi my name is Ann, kids call me Annie.I have been a registered childminder for 18years. I run a Home from Home setting and have a purpose built cottage that has been equipped with lots of resources . I am currently Level 4 quailfied have up to date Safeguarding(Designated lead). First Aid and Food Hygiene.
I try to attend all local authority Forums and Training and my QUIP is on going. My priority to make the children in my care happy. I communicate with parents on a day to day basis through text, email,diaries and learning journeys are also kept .
Whilst in my care children are served home cooked meals as well as fresh fruit and water.Snacks are also provided. Our activities are child led so follow the interest of the child. We attend local childminding groups where children interact with children from other settings. Outings to local parks etc are also included in our weekly schedule I have a large collection of resources which are rotated as the childrens interests change.
