Wonderland Nursery (Cudworth)
The setting is registered to take 52 children per session. It is currently owned by a teacher and a run by a Manager who holds graduate qualification in Childcare. We employ a Deputy Manager who holds a level 4 qualification in Childcare. The majority of our staff are qualified to level 3, with one to level 2. In addition to these staff we also employ a cook and a cleaner. All our staff are fully DBS checked and are trained in First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding. Staff also attend regular additional courses on a yearly basis. The Manager and Deputy are fully SEN trained and follows the SEND code of practice. We have three large rooms that are appropriately resourced with toys and equipment. We also have a outdoor area for the children to access. Planning and assessments are carried out by a key practitioners so that each child is appropriately planned for and is able to participate in activities based on each area of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Development reports and assessments are carried out on each child every four months and then shared with parents and carers.

- How do we offer support to children or young people with a special educational need or disability?
We offer a fully inclusive service. We are very flexible and aim to meet each child's and families needs. Staff are willing and able to undertake additional training to meet children's individual needs.
We welcome parents and carers into the setting on a regular basis. Open evenings for parents and carers are held twice a year.
