The Pauline Quirke Academy runs on Saturdays, at Horizon Community College.

We will send your starter pack (including t-shirt), confirmation of your place, start date and all the information you'll need for the big day!
You can also book a free taster session, dont worry if your child does not want to join in at this stage; we know that some will be shy, they can just watch and possibly have a go when they are ready.
Parents are welcome to stay with their children - of course this happens with the younger groups but teenagers will usually not have their parents anywhere near an unpolished performance!

PQA Barnsley operates every Saturday from 9.45am-1pm and 1.45-5pm, where we welcome students aged 4 to 18. Each week students have sessions in Comedy & Drama, Musical Theatre and Film & Television, led by our fantastic team of teachers.
We are always working on exciting projects which feature our students performing in a variety of different roles, in musicals, plays and films.We are passionate about every student's personal journey with us, and the whole team work hard to ensure every single student is given the opportunity to become the best performer they can be, and reach their potential creatively. Every student has something unique to offer, and it's our job to encourage this and develop it!
