Fitness for All at Barnsley Metrodome
Every Tuesday, 10:30am-15:00pm, at the Metrodome Leisure Complex is our Fitness for All day, accessed by a wide range of people aged 16+ with learning difficulties and disabilities who can participate in a range of activities including:
- Swimming
- Zumba
- Yoga
- Keep fit/Games
- Gym*
- Badminton
- Table tennis
- Ten Pin Bowling
*Inductions and personalised programmes must be booked in advance with the Your Space Metrodome team.

The Metrodome Leisure Complex has good disability access to meet the needs of many of our customers and clients. We encourage all of our disabled customers and their carers to use our facilities whenever we are open. We also offer dedicated sessions specifically designed for people with disabilities.
Carers are welcome to assist throughout the day.
