We are Health Visitor and School Nurse teams supporting and helping children and young people aged 0-19 and their families and carers

What we can help with?

The service looks after health needs of children and young from birth to 19 years old. 

Providing parents and carers with advice, support, and interventions to make sure their children

  • have the best start in life,
  •  make progress in their development
  •  keep healthy and stay safe

The service also

  • undertake growth and development assessments at key stages of a child’s development
  • assess that children are ready to learn at 2 and ready for school at 5
