I have been a childminder for 7 8 I have 2 daughters of my own, I promote a safe and friendly environment for all children to learn. All the children I care for are treated equally and fairly, regardless of age of culture or abilities. My training is on going. Training undertaken:-Level 3 in childcare, Paediatric first aid,Designated lead Safeguarding Equal opportunities, prevent duty, We have regular outings to parks and play groups which risk assesments are taken to ensure safety of all children in my care.
