- How do we offer support to children or young people with a special educational need or disability?
I work in partnership with parents. I refer parents to appropriate agencies. I work within the EYFS and can identify any areas of development needs.
The EYFS is an individualised play based curriculum.
Good communication between all parties.
I treat each child as an individual and their PSED underpins the whole curriculum.
In partnership with parents, advisors and specialists.
Parents are welcome to help and contribute opinions, ideas and go on trips with us.

I attend relevant appropriate training. If a child has an identified need I would source relevant training and I am willing to work with any relevant agencies.

I have very small ratios and all children are included.
