Lis Fit Bootcamp & Fitness Training


Why not join our bootcamps, this is great way to improve your fitness and burn fat. We work in large groups which is a great way to help push yourslef and everyone is concentrating on their own performance. It is a freindly environemnt with people who share the same goals as you. 

Our bootcamps run for 60 minutes including a thorough warm-up and cool down to aid recovery, these can be their indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. 

Small Group Training

Bootcamps not your thing? not a problem, small group training is available for groups between 3-5 people, so if you would rather just train with your freinds or family personal appointments are available to fit your schedule.

Small Group Training can last between 45-60 minutes dependant on your goals. Small group training has the benfits of a more personal touch and in your own space, if required. 

Sports Conditioning

We have specialist Sports Conditioning for Sports Teams and Individual athletes. We can offer anything that your sport requires. Here are just a few of the services we can offer:

- SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness)

- Power Training

- Endurance Training

- Sport Specific Movement Training 

This is a very popular service that we provide, especially in the close season, so if you require your team to have a full conditioning pre-season this is the place to come.
