My name is Emma Crump. Ofsted registered Childminder. Friendly, Trustworthy, Reliable. Funding accepted. I am 27 years old and live with my husband and my two sons. I have over 12 years experience in childcare.
I have experience working with all ages from birth to 12 years. As well as new-born experience since having my own children. I aim to provide high quality childcare where the children feel safe and happy. I aim to make children's time with me fun and enjoyable and as well as offering a range of activities and things to do whilst here.

- How do we offer support to children or young people with a special educational need or disability?
Children will be assessed to EYFS, concerns will be voiced if not meeting the required norms. Parents can feel free to approach me on any concerns help they may require. I will refer to other professionals if required.
I will speak to parents and see how I can help in my setting. I am willing to take courses to help if required. I will work with other professionals if required.
The child will have their own learning jounery and observations will be taken through play to assess their development against the EYFS.
Learning journey's will be shared will parents. Through regular verbal communication with parents.
I will attend courses if required and support your child as much as I can, adapting actvities, meal times etc so the child can still participate. Work with other professionals if required.
I will work with parents to help them prepare for school. And also with the child's chosen school through meeting etc.
I will work with parents and child's health visitor and any other professionals to support the child.
Welcome to stay and play to settle their child. Parents will have access to their child's learning journey, information about how their child is doing will be shared regularly.
